Why does my skin develop allergies.?

I have the most sensitive skin in the world. I have suffered from acne since I was about 10. I am 28 now...and no medicine will work...I am pretty sure it is hormonal, but I also notice that my skin develops allergies to things after I use them for long periods of time...(not the skin on my face, the skin on my body.) I used to live for baby lotion, but about two years ago I started to get horrible itchy legs. To the point where I would scratch until I blead. I used to love for using downey on my clothers, but that began to make me itch too. I love washing my clothes with tide, but that too is making me itch. Anything that has lavender is now making me itch. Irish Spring which I used for years is now making me itch.


I also get little bumps from time to time.





The strange thing is if I stop using any of these for a few months, I can use them again without a problem. If you use them often again the itching comes back.
