this is a common problem as a result of bacteria related to feces being in the water. Probably not enough clorine and someone unclean has been in the pool....

After swimming in open pool, my skin on the face got small red patches and pimples ? seems to be allergy ?
visit your doctor or urgent care. if it's folliculitis, you may need an antibiotic.
Reply:maybe you have an alergy to chlorine. i do and when i go swimming in pools i become itcy and red and its very irritating. i get acne too. your skin is probably just really sensitive to chlorine.
Reply:Sounds live hives. Its a reaction to the chlorine. They usually go away after a few hours to a few days of not being in the pool. If they don't, put some lotion on.
