See if you can determine what caused the problem and stay away from it for starters. Hard to tell what to do for it - a rash could be allergy, or measles, or anything - blisters? could be poison oak, etc etc. Red, itchy, dry? might be allergy - maybe hydrocortisone cream over the counter would help. If not, see your doctor.
