from last three days i m feeling that i hav got swoolen cheeks and i have put on weight slightly even feeling itching on my cheeks i have eaten potatoes , cabbege , tea , milk in the morning instead of breakfast and drinking 6 to 7 glass of water in a day .

If your problem is getting worse you really should seek the advice of a physician. It could lead to swallowing or even breathing problems. Of course I would suggest stop eating potatoes and cabbage for a while. Good luck.
